ICEdot Partners with Primal Mud Run Series
PHILADELPHIA, Pa., April 5, 2012- ICEdot will partner with the Primal Mud Run 2012 series and provide its ICE.events service for free to protect all race participants and ensure their safety in the event of an emergency. The first Primal Mud Runs of the season will occur on April 14 in Warrenton, Virginia and on April 28 in Selma, North Carolina, with 2,500 individuals participating in each event.
ICE.events protects race participants by syncing their emergency contact and health history information with their bib number, making critical data instantly available to race organizers in the event of an onsite accident or emergency health situation. In case of an emergency, first responders on the scene text the number located on the participant’s bib to instantly receive their identification, medical history and emergency contacts.
“By partnering with ICEdot and ICE.events, race organizers can have the peace of mind knowing that the safety of all of their participants is protected in case of an emergency,” said Chris Zenthoefer, ICEdot CEO.
ICEdot offers the ICE.events service for free to races and athletic events across the U.S. Race organizers who are interested in ICE.events should contact Whitney Miller at [email protected] or 918.949.9935.
